A Little Bit About Me

I am a Certified Womens Empowerment Coach (CWEC) and Vision Coach with a simple goal:  I want to coach you out of your past into a brighter future. My mission is to help transform individuals of any age, particularly women, to release emotional triggers to find their true self, and illuminate their inner power. My end result for my clients is to love themselves back in the mirror to give themselves a loud and proud TEN!

Drawing on my own experiences of surviving a dysfunctional family and abusive first marriage, I finally found peace, joy, and security by finding my true authentic self.  I teach women how to leave their emotional triggers from their past behind and become not just survivors, but thrivers.

I bring my professional experience as a best-selling author, conference leader, workshop leader, and former executive director of a domestic violence crisis center to my work as a coach. I had the privilege of launching the first Empowering Women chapter for Networking Today International.

Having recently celebrated my 10th anniversary with my company,  I’m honored to have coached over 1000 men and women.  I have been a keynote or guest speaker for over 700+, both large and small audiences. I have held over 50 events and workshops with my company as the host.

While serving 10 years as the founder of the domestic violence crisis center, the organization was awarded the Train the Trainer Award, Teen Talk Outreach and Education Award, Pet Excellence Award, and a Victim Advocacy Award.

One amazing evening a few years back, famous Christian band, Casting Crowns, took the Indianapolis Pepsi Coliseum stage and got a crowd of 8000 to their feet. In an evening of love and great energy I shared that stage and offered a message about hope, healing, and finding joy in a mixed-up, challenging world.

Gaining visibility and coverage as a speaker and coach is a wonderful thing.  Faith Family Filled Magazine, NUVO Magazine, local TV and national newspapers have written many pieces about my work as a coach and a former domestic violence founder.

After many years in Indiana, my husband of 29 years and I decided to move to beautiful North Carolina in search of new adventures.  With so many scenic lakes in the area we often enjoy kayaking, boating and swimming. Our two fur-babies, Max and Lilly have enjoyed the new life here as well. They both have given NC  “2-paws up”.

Now that you know me, I can’t wait to get to know you.

“When I first met you Terri, I knew you had something I wanted. Your zeal, joy and happiness are contagious. Shortly after, I hired her as my coach, and I am sure glad I did. I was so broken after my husband left me, leaving me with self-esteem issues, weight problems and lack of joy. Going through Terri’s coaching program, I felt freedom for the first time by removing emotional triggers from my past. I am now flying high, received a promotion at work, and I seeing a wonderful man who treats me right. I felt with Terri being my cheerleader, I have grown by leaps and bounds. Thank you, Terri, for changing my life. You are kind, faithful, and now one of my best friends.”

“We are so glad we hired Terri Moore as our Keynote Speaker. Terri is a woman who speaks from her heart and her experiences. She's a woman who has overcome much adversity and truly loves helping other women overcome their adversities as well. She is passionate about what she does. She spoke at our Handbags for Hope Gala to raise money for domestic violence victims and blew the roof off the place. Terri is engaging, and inspiring and catches the audience off with her sudden humor. She helped our group discover more of their authentic self. We will be inviting her back for the next conference.”
